He is a dark green Pac Worlder with green, sunken eyes. He wears a black and grey fedora and black blazer-like sleeves with two buttons and black gloves. He wears a single, golden ring with a bright green jewel. His attire is dark and formal-like, further emphasising himself as a character.
Personality[]
Kingpin Obtuse, as implied in the name, is a villainous character with direct connections to Betrayus. He's an undercover spy on behalf of the Nether Realm, and has a very scheming, nefarious side to him. He also has a somewhat sadistic side, such as in "Heebo-Skeebo" where he enjoyed watching Skeebo attempt to be the same as Pac, enabling the worst in Skeebo for his enjoyment.
