Plot

President Spheros notices that Sir Cumference hasn't left his lab for days as Pac-Man discovers that Sir Cumference is creating a secret invention but needs a serious item called slime-tanium, also known to the Netherworld as Cyclops' eye goo. Sir Cumference worries that he isn't the freedom fighter that he used to be.
